Services

Healthcare Logistics

Our award-winning logistics services offer a professional channel to markets for our suppliers.

Mediq's key to success is in providing deliveries and services to healthcare units  within 24 hours across markets. In Finland, all our products are centralized to the new 12.600 m² Koskelo warehouse in Espoo. Availability levels on key products have already reached an average 99% level. Suppliers and customers, however, demand ever more precise and cost effective deliveries, and the new warehouse has been specifically designed to meet these needs.

We also offer services to independent third parties as well as to our suppliers and customers. According to a recent study, our customers greatly value the accuracy and reliability of our deliveries.

Technical Service

Our Technical Service teams install, calibrate, service, maintain and repair healthcare and laboratory equipment. The department employs some 30 experts. We base our work on SFS-EN ISO 9001:2008 certified operations.

Our technicians are trained continually by our suppliers to ensure the demanding installations, maintenance and updates are always carried out according to the certification. Our service team ensures that the systems and equipment stay up-to-date, maximizing the value of the investment; clinical performance and efficiency can be optimized with the latest technology and workflow applications. The newest advances in technology are vital for helping healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care to patients while optimizing the management of clinical operations and costs.

One Stop Supplier

Customers across our markets face constantly increasing needs for more comprehensive services due to constant cost-saving efforts, decreased personnel etc. We are constantly looking for ways to strengthen cooperation with our suppliers and broaden the portfolio.

As a forward looking player we developed an all-inclusive product:  AITTATM. This concept was created together with our key customers and tailored to their needs. It is a new complete service where we handle tailored product selection, ordering and delivery to individual hospital wards, private clinics and healthcare centers. It also includes all product training and trials. We believe this is a future platform from which our suppliers will benefit equally.
